Works great!

For my use I wrap it with a shell script:

#!/bin/sh

path=$(dirname $0)
perl ${path}/tvrenamer.pl --gap=" - " --pad=2 --include_series --nofilter $@

There’s also FileBot (Java app) which also downloads subtitles.
